4 vine-ripened tomatoes
2 bell peppers
1 red onion
300 gr/ 11oz feta
4 tbsp 776 olive oil
salt & pepper
Prepare the veggies. Cut the tomatoes, cucumber and bell peppers into bite-sized pieces. Slice the red onions.
Place the chopped veggies in the bowl and add the olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Top it with the feta cheese.
Sprinkle the feta with oregano and drizzle with olive oil.
